RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, as our skirts are made to order, we do not accept returns.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your skirt. We will work with you to coordinate an exchange. Exchanges will only be issued for unused, unworn items with all tags still attached. Skirts must be returned by mail in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please be advised that if a returned item does not comply, the item may be shipped back to you at our discretion.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage for replacement. Please also provide a photo of the damage.
